Cancellation policy:
Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled 7 days or more in advance of your arrival; reservations cancelled within the 6 days of arrival are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee plus 25% of the total cost of the booking.

Peak Season: Summer, May to September
Low Season: Winter, October to April
Check-in / Check-out Times:
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Damages:
The guest who confirms the reservation will be held responsible for any damages to the cottages, furnishings, property, or equipment by himself/herself or their guests. The guest whose credit card is on file will be charged for damages incurred.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcomed; however, an additional minimum $50.00 fee will be charged if cleaning and fumigating are required.
No Smoking:
For a clean and healthy living environment, our cottages are smoke-free. Any smoking in cottages will result in a minimum $250.00 fee on your credit card for extra cleaning and fumigating.
